Green Chips

Large, green leaves, such as: 
  • Collard
  • Kale
  • Brussels sprout leaves (from stalk)
Olive oil spray
Coarse salt

Wash and dry leaves.

Cut or tear into palm-sized pieces, removing tough stems.

Place on a sheet of wax paper and lightly spray with olive oil.

Sprinkle with a scant amount of salt.

Microwave for 2 minutes.

Add an additional 30 seconds until crisp.
