Garlic Mushrooms and Cauliflower Skillet
4 T vegan butter
1T olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1lb (2 pkgs) mushrooms, cleaned
1/2 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2T water, mixed with 1/2 T All Season Blend
1/4 t thyme
2T fresh parsley
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper

Fry onions in butter and olive oil until soft.
Add mushrooms and fry until all juice has been released and cooked off, and mushrooms begin to brown.
Add cauliflower and cook until brown and crisp-tender.
Add water & seasoning mixture to deglaze pan.
Add remaining ingredients, season generously with salt and paper, and cook until fragrant.
