Marmite Gravy
2c water
2T ketchup
2T tamari
2t Marmite
2t Kitchen Bouquet
vegetable oil
potato or tapioca starch
Combine water, ketchup, tamari, Marmite, and Kitchen Bouquet. Set aside.
In a frying pan, heat a small amount of vegetable oil.
Add a small amount of starch and stir until thickened.
Whisk in broth mixture a little bit at a time to make a paste, then thin to desired consistency.
Blend if necessary to eliminate lumps.
